🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years managing a Product Fullstack engineering team of three or more engineers.
- 7+ years deploying global consumer apps across large codebases with many contributors.
- A technical manager who can lead by example, including writing and reviewing code.
- Ability to translate, document and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid foundation in computer science: data structures, algorithms, and software design practices.
- Ability to navigate architectural tradeoffs and make principled engineering decisions.
