Engineering Manager, DevOps

📋 Description

• Lead a team of platform and DevOps engineers; set direction, unblock blockers, develop talent.
• Own the DevOps roadmap balancing developer experience, platform efficiency, and reliability.
• Partner with product engineering to build tooling and self-service deployments.
• Partner with the security team to ensure compliance across environments and a safe platform.
• Drive infrastructure strategy across cloud, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
• Hire, onboard, and grow a high-performing team; provide visibility into progress and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Engineering management experience with a background in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• You've shipped production infrastructure, understand cloud-native systems, and can engage on hard technical problems with your team.
• Track record of measurably improving developer experience and platform reliability at scale.
• Strong communicator who can translate infrastructure complexity for product and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to hire and build high-performing technical teams.
• Comfortable leading teams that use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of their workflow.
