🎯 Requirements

- Deep knowledge of CPU and recent GPU microarchitectures (Ampere/Blackwell)
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership alignment
- Experience managing teams of three or more software engineers
- Experience in robotics, aviation, automotive, or high-performance computing
- Shipped real-time or near-real-time autonomy/robotics software in production
- Experience debugging and optimizing CPU/GPU kernels and ML models with Nsight/Perfetto
