🎯 Requirements
- BS in STEM with 3+ yrs experience; or advanced degree with 2+ yrs
- 12+ yrs experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of AIAG/APQP and MSAs/PPAPs
- Experience with DfX (DfM/DfA/DfP/DfC/DfI/DfS/R/M)
- CAD/PLM tools and basic electrical/mechanical knowledge
- Lean/Six Sigma and Kaizen experience
