- Familiarity with PM methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial tech environments preferred.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 in maintenance and digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; MBA/PMP a plus.
