📋 Description

  • Lead lifecycle marketing across the customer journey for e-commerce emails.
  • Build and optimize audience segments and automated journeys to boost engagement.
  • Own end-to-end consumer email initiatives: ideation, copy, templates, QA, deployment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define events/triggers for lifecycle automation.
  • Launch and optimize targeted campaigns with hypotheses and measurable revenue impact.
  • Own the A/B testing roadmap; design experiments and analyze results.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • 2–6 years in e-commerce email marketing, lifecycle/retention experience.
  • Hands-on strategy and execution of email programs, incl. segmentation/testing.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools (Customer.io or similar) a plus.
  • Strong written communication for compelling email copy and subject lines.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and translate data into action.
