- Launch and optimize targeted campaigns with hypotheses and measurable revenue impact.
- Own the A/B testing roadmap; design experiments and analyze results.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- 2–6 years in e-commerce email marketing, lifecycle/retention experience.
- Hands-on strategy and execution of email programs, incl. segmentation/testing.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools (Customer.io or similar) a plus.
- Strong written communication for compelling email copy and subject lines.
- Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and translate data into action.
