Maintain excellent documentation practices.
Collaborate with Hardware Engineering teams.
Follow safety standards and meet internal deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

Operate in a high-paced R&D, rapid prototyping environment.
Minimum 10 years of direct automotive, trucking, or prototyping experience.
Minimum 5 years in harness fabrication using 1:1 form boards.
Strong electrical skills; read wiring schematics and layouts.
Strong mechanical skills; read schematics and layouts, and assemble mechanical systems.
Instrumentation experience (thermal test setups, fluid dynamics, load cells).
