Senior Solutions Architect - Public Sector

Overview

Elastic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect - Public Sector to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role you will design scalable, secure Elastic solutions for public sector customers, collaborating closely with account teams, customers, and partners to drive technical success.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements and architecture design sessions with public sector clients.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions leveraging the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Elastic Observability).
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to shape winning technical proposals and proofs of concept.
• Provide architectural guidance during deployments, ensuring best practices in security, reliability, and performance.
• Drive customer success by delivering scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Mid-Senior Level experience in solutions architecture or equivalent, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Experience with distributed systems, security, identity management, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
