Senior Sales Development Rep (Korean speaking)

Elastic is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (Korean speaking) to join our sales organization. In this role you will generate and qualify opportunities in the Korean-speaking markets and APAC region, collaborating with Account Executives to build Elastic's pipeline from Singapore and across the region.

What you\'ll do

• Prospect and qualify new opportunities in the Korean-speaking accounts and APAC region
• Partner with Account Executives to drive product demonstrations and advance opportunities
• Maintain clean and up-to-date data in our CRM and track activity and pipeline
• Research target accounts, craft personalized outreach, and run multi-channel campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging and inbound/outbound campaigns
• Meet or exceed weekly/quarterly activity targets and contribute to team success

What we look for

• Korean language fluency is required
• Entry level to mid-level experience in Sales Development or related roles; 1-3 years preferred
• Strong communication, listening, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred
