EHS Technician - Deployed Operations

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on EHS support to deployed sites (CA/NM/FL/GA) and Hawthorne.
• Maintain and stock PPE and safety equipment for deployed and on-site teams.
• Manage hazardous materials and waste with proper handling, storage, disposal.
• Maintain EHS compliance in all work areas: hazard signage, chemical storage, housekeeping.
• Assist in implementing safety programs, procedures, and training.
• Support build, test, and flight activities with on-the-ground EHS presence.
• Conduct routine site inspections and identify safety improvements.
• Track and report EHS metrics and support leadership reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Safety, or Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of EHS technician experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or tech ops.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.
• Hands-on with chemical handling, waste management, PPE, and EHS support.
• Willingness to travel ~50% to CA, NM, FL, GA.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Certifications (CET, CHMM, CSP, CIH) are a plus.
