Support all EHS activities at the Hawthorne site, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Develop and maintain safety programs, policies, and training.
Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports.
Maintain environmental compliance including chemical management.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations for safety support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field.
3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing/technical environment.
Knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
Strong communication and training skills.
Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
Ability to support operations across multiple sites.
