About the role:

We’re looking for our next Sales Representative to join the

Growth and Revenue team in Italy. You will discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction

About the job:

  • Help implement the sales process for the creation of a solid sales pipeline.
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) with all the different opportunities generated accurately.
  • Achieve business goals and targets, managing OKRs, KPIs, ARR, etc.
  • Help oversee daily operations, manage sales, and set performance objectives.
  • Manage external stakeholder relations and negotiate contracts.
  • Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure that company standards and procedures are followed in your country.
  • Ability to establish processes, simplify, and automatize.
  • Navigate road-to-market for each client by understanding what to do and who to contact.
  • Analyze pricing and value proposition for our customer, and adjust the price.
  • Turn learning into a playbook and build repeatable closed sales processes.
  • Visit physically our current and potential customers
  • Deliver sessions or training to different audiences.
  • Work on the activation and retention of our customers.
  • Contribute to engage and grow the local community around Edpuzzle by connecting with main players and stakeholders.
  • Plan, produce and post content on social media in Italian to share relevant information about Edpuzzle with the local community
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in direct sales positions for companies in the B2B educational sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian B2B educational market's dynamics.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Experience in delivering product training.
  • Italian as native language and a very good level of English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fast learner with a passion for education, sales and technology.
  • Availability to travel as necessary to meet clients, attend conferences and company meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Bonus skills:

  • Salesforce or other CRM experience.
  • Established network of customers (both public and private schools).
  • Experience in the customer success field, by delivering training and taking care of customers in the long term.
  • Experience in producing and posting contents for social media, and in managing social media communities
  • You have a driver’s license and own a car.
