Role Summary
As a Senior FX Sales professional, you will own a portfolio of corporate clients, drive revenue through FX sales, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored FX and payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with mid-to-large corporate clients in the Melbourne region.
- Identify and close new FX sales opportunities, delivering competitive pricing and hedging strategies.
- Understand client needs, propose FX solutions, and coordinate with Trading and Operations teams to execute trades.
- Educate clients on currency risk management and cross-border payment options.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets while ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FX sales, currency risk management, or related corporate sales experience.
- Strong understanding of FX hedging strategies and payment solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and managing key client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment and travel as needed.
