• Prepare, organize,
  and
  validate
  tax
  information
  for
  monthly
  and
  annual
  tax
  filings;

• Follow
  up
  on
  tax
  payments
  and
  related
  supporting
  documentation;

• Ensure
  attention
  to
  detail
  and
  accountability
  in
  critical
  compliance
  processes;

• Previous
  experience
  or
  exposure
  to
  VAT
  refund
  processes;

• Prepare
  and
  organize
  supporting
  documentation
  for VAT
  refund
  requests;

• Follow
  up
  on
  information
  requests
  related
  to
  VAT
  refund
  filings;

• Follow
  up
  on
  information
  collection
  with
  internal
  teams
  and
  external
  advisors
  ;

• Follow
  up
  on
  tax
  advisors
  ’
  invoices
  and
  support
  their
  submission
  for
  payment;

• Support
  the
  management
  and
  follow-up
  of
  service
  proposals
  with
  external
  tax
  advisors;

• Support
  testing
  and
  follow-up
  of
  tax
  projects
  and
  process
  improvement
  initiatives;

• Support
  the
  preparation
  of
  internal
  documentation
  and
  communications
  to
  standardize
  tax
  processes;

• Collaborate
  with
  other
  teams
  in
  the
  collection
  and
  validation
  of
  tax-related
  information.

• Bachelor’s
  degree
  in
  Accounting
  (
  completed
  degree
  );

• Previous
  experience
  in
  tax
  compliance
  : direct taxes (CIT)
  and
  indirect
  taxes (VAT)
  and
  informative
  filings
  (
  ideally
  2
  –4
  years
  );

• Ability
  to
  work
  with
  medium
  to
  high volumes
  of
  information
  and
  documentation;

• Strong
  organizational
  skills, follow-up,
  and
  task
  prioritization;

• Good
  written
  and
  verbal communication skills;

• Ability
  to
  follow
  up
  and
  maintain
  constant
  communication
  with
  internal
  and
  external
  teams;

• High
  level
  of
  autonomy
  ,
  attention
  to
  detail
  ,
  and
  sense
  of
  responsibility;

• SAP;

• Microsoft Office;

• Google tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
