Drive decisions with analytical thinking and a calm, data-driven approach
Guide and train teams on standard processes to improve cross-team execution

🎯 Requirements

5+ years TPM/Engineering Lead/Manager experience
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
Ability to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
Experience with commercial software products and their underlying infra
Proven ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical partners
Proven ability to build detailed, dependency-aware agile plans
