工作职责:

深入学习并理解公司的产品和解决方案,深入理解关键客户的需求和要求,经过一段时间的学习能够独立给客户推荐适合和客户的产品和解决方案,促成交际达成。Deeply study and understand the company's products and solutions, In-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements, after a period of learning can independently recommend suitable products and solutions to customers, and facilitate communication.

根据公司的销售计划,执行分配的客户销售任务; According to the company's sales plan, execute the assigned customer sales task;

负责建立并拓展公司业务的关键互联网客户沟通并保持稳定的关系; Responsible for establishing and expanding communication with key Internet customers of the company's business and maintaining stable relationships.

作为客户和内部团队之间的主要联系人,沟通和协作内部资源,以确保满足关键客户的需求; Act as the primary contact between customers and internal teams to communicate and collaborate internal resources to ensure key customer needs are met;

协调处理和解决关键客户的投诉,提升客户满意度。 Coordinate to deal with and solve complaints from key customers to improve customer satisfaction.

任职要求:

教育程度:学士学位;计算机,大数据或网络专业优先。 Education: Bachelor’s degree; Major in computer science, big data or networking is preferred.

工作经验:4-6年互联网行业销售经验,或者数据行业销售经验,有大客户销售经验,销售业绩良好 Work experience: 4-6 years sales experience in Internet industry or data industry, with key account sales experience and good sales performance, responsible for Internet industry customers.

能力素质:学习能力强,有耐心,有比较强的文档和汇报能力;较强的团队协作能力;较强的客户服务技能和优秀的沟通技巧。 Competencies: Strong learning ability, patient, strong documentation, and reporting ability; good teamwork; Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills.

知识技能:适应英语办公环境,熟练使用微软办公软件和客户关系管理软件; Knowledge and skills: Adapt to English office environment, proficient in Microsoft office software and customer relationship management software.
