As our Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business to new heights. Team Leadership is a crucial element of the role. You will lead and inspire the sales leaders in the Southern region. Your strong leadership will foster trust and collaboration among team members.
You will have a direct reporting line into Head of Sales CEE and will be the member of the CEE Leadership Team.
Your responsibilities will include:

•Proven expertise in sales transformation and cultivating a performance-driven culture.
•Strong experience in SMB, e-commerce, and leadership.
•Exceptional networking skills for cross-functional and cross-border collaboration.
•Demonstrates a growth-focused and Challenger Sales mentality.
•Embraces opportunities with a positive perspective.
•Understanding of the D&B solution suite and competitor products.
•Exceptional customer understanding and negotiation skills.
•Proficient in designing and presenting business cases.
•Versatile experience in premium and large customer environments.
•Minimum experience of 3 years of in a Commercial Director role, preferably in B2B
•Strong digital mindset and multinational company experience.
•Proven track record in B2B sales, leadership, and multinational environments.
•Positive, flexible attitude with outstanding collaboration skills.
•Excellent communication and writing skills in the local language and English.
