The Role

As a Sales Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, supporting outbound prospecting efforts, and collaborating with the sales team to drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels
Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress in our sales tools
Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline and book qualified meetings

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
