🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, incl 4+ at staff level.
- Proven track record leading company-wide transformations at high-growth tech firms.
- Design and operate operating rhythms: planning cycles, governance, cadence.
- Lead large-scale programs >$5M across engineering, finance, operations, execs.
- Extensive background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, AI, enterprise infra.
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost management at scale.
