This isn’t your typical behind-the-scenes ops role—we’re looking for someone who can see the big picture and sweat the small stuff. From optimizing our ATS to launching high-impact employer branding campaigns, you’ll be a strategic partner, project manager, systems guru, and go-to person for all things TA operations.

You don’t just use an ATS—you own it. You’ve optimized them, implemented them (bonus points if you’ve done it with Ashby), and turned clunky workflows into silky-smooth recruiting magic.Brand Storyteller Meets Strategic Collaborator - You’ve got a keen eye for recruitment marketing and employer branding—and you know how to work across teams to bring it all to life.
