  • 7+ years leading Enterprise sales teams in Germany.
  • Proven record developing teams in Data/AI/Cloud or SaaS.
  • Extensive Energy/Manufacturing knowledge with C-level relationships.
  • Talent development: build teams with trust and accountability.
  • Balance usage-based, commit-based and service-based revenue models.
  • MEDDPICC coaching, challenger mentality, and strong forecasting.
