  • 7+ years leading Enterprise sales teams selling to strategic German accounts.
  • Track record developing high performing teams in Data, AI, Cloud or SaaS.
  • Extensive knowledge of Energy and/or Manufacturing with C-level+ relationships.
  • Ability to spot and grow great talent; build teams with trust.
  • Understanding balance of usage-based, commit-based and service-based revenue.
  • Experience building partner ecosystems and sponsoring executive relationships.
