- Talent-first leader who develops top performers.
- Experience with usage-based, commit-based, and service models.
- Building and leveraging partner ecosystems with exec sponsorship.
- Expert in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willing to travel regionally and internationally.
