  • Proven track record in Data/AI/Cloud or SaaS.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Logistics vertical and strategic accounts.
  • Talent-first leader who develops top performers.
  • Experience with usage-based, commit-based, and service models.
  • Building and leveraging partner ecosystems with exec sponsorship.
  • Expert in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willing to travel regionally and internationally.
