🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with health plans, provider networks; value-based care
  • Proven track record owning/growing enterprise accounts; renewals/expansion
  • Able to engage C-suite to front-line teams; lead without formal authority
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution; manage multiple initiatives
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; synthesize complexity; drive alignment
