📋 Description

  • Lead and manage India RevOps teams serving global stakeholders.
  • Partner with global RevOps to execute revenue strategy and GTM planning.
  • Own RevOps processes: forecasting, pipeline, territory, quotas (EU/India/APAC).
  • Deliver analytics and reporting for Sales, CS, and Finance.
  • Drive standardized data definitions, KPIs, and dashboards across teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales/CS to optimize lead-to-renewal and supply chain alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy in enterprise SaaS.
  • 5+ years of team management leading ops/data teams.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B enterprise GTM motions: segmentation, forecasting, renewals.
  • Strong experience with global account structures and enterprise sales processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and GTM process design/improvement.
