  • Own product marketing strategy across Modernize's multi-product B2B portfolio: positioning and GTM.
  • Develop personas, competitive intel, and market insights to inform product direction.
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap narrative and launch with clear messaging.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards).
  • Ensure brand and product positioning is consistent across activations.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years B2B product marketing and/or content marketing, with 2+ years in people management.
  • Experience in home improvement/home services, financial services, mortgage, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record building and scaling content/product marketing functions and processes.
  • Strong GTM portfolio including launches, enablement programs, and content strategies with measurable impact.
  • Experience marketing a multi-product B2B portfolio to enterprise or mid-market buyers.
  • Excellent written communication; ability to produce executive-ready materials and coach a team.
