📋 Description

• Oversee ML-based Prediction and Motion Planning teams; set a unified roadmap.
• Define roadmap for end-to-end learnt planning; explore IL and RL.
• Lead and scale multiple ML sub-teams; promote sustainable practices.
• Publish research in CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS.
• Collaborate with Perception, Infra, and Systems to integrate into the vehicle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading eng teams; 3+ years in autonomous/AI leadership.
• Sustainable scaling: balance debt, scalability, and team wellbeing.
• ML behavior: IL and RL for decision-making; end-to-end lifecycle.
• Unified architectures: integrate trajectory forecasting with ego-policy.
• VLAs and multimodal AI models.
• MS or PhD in CS/Robotics/EE with ML focus.
