📋 Description

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee Prediction and Motion Planning teams.
• Roadmap: Build unified Large Driving Model for joint prediction.
• Technical Direction: Lead IL/RL for end-to-end learnt planning.
• Organizational Growth: Mentor sub-teams; promote safety and velocity.
• Publish: Publish at CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS.
• Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid in Boston/Pittsburgh; or fully remote.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years managing sub-teams in autonomous systems or AI.
• Sustainable Scaling: balance tech debt, scalability, safety.
• ML Behavior Expertise: IL and RL for robotics decision-making.
• Unified Architectures: joint forecasting and ego-policy; VLAs familiarity.
• Educational Background: MS or PhD in CS/Robotics/EE with ML focus.
