Create and manage training content across virtual, in-person, and asynchronous formats.
Align enablement with the customer journey; provide knowledge, tools, and resources at each stage.
Leverage LMS and enablement tools to track engagement and measure impact.
Deliver live and on-demand training sessions for customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of training or enablement experience.
Experience building scalable training programs for SaaS/tech.
Design and administer content across virtual, in-person, asynchronous formats.
Deep knowledge of the customer lifecycle and CS impact on adoption/retention/expansion.
Strong communicator who translates complex information into engaging training.
Proficient in LMS and program management tools; cross-functional collaboration.
