🎯 Requirements

- 10+ years in technical/engineering program management
- 5+ years of direct people management
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, software and systems teams
- Proven ability to drive cohesion, collaboration and decision making across functions
- Comfortable with remote teams and international travel
