📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs for driverless ride-hailing across multiple cities.
• Mentor and grow the TPM team; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive strategic alignment across engineering and cross-functional leadership.
• Partner with engineering on OKR planning; decompose objectives into quarterly goals.
• Define integration strategy for autonomous subsystems to enable full integration.
• Champion process improvements to streamline development cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of technical/engineering program management experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, software and systems teams.
• Proven ability to drive cohesion and cross-functional decisions.
• Comfortable with remote teams and international travel.
