Director of Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Own and drive cross-functional initiatives with P&L accountability.
• Evaluate and prioritize growth opportunities across channels, markets, and services.
• Set the roadmap to improve unit economics and marketplace efficiency.
• Identify revenue opportunities, expand margins, and lead implementation.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops to improve funnel and pricing.
• Build analytics infrastructure (models, dashboards, KPIs) for exec decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in consulting, IB, PE, strategy, or senior ops in growth companies.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial impact.
• Strong P&L fluency — understand revenue, costs, pricing, and capital allocation.
• AI-native mindset — leverage LLMs and automation tools instinctively.
• Experience building models, evaluating unit economics, and designing performance frameworks.
• Strong executive communication skills — clear, direct, and decisive.
