  • Lead a team of T1200 Account Executives across strategic State & Local LE accounts.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent; build high-performance culture.
  • Set territory planning, pipeline hygiene, prospecting, and ecosystem selling expectations.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, field rides, and deal reviews to coach for outcomes.
  • Own segment strategy and go-to-market plan for the T1200 segment.
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline discipline, and data-driven deal reviews.

  • 10+ years in enterprise/strategic sales; 5+ yrs leading frontline teams.
  • Proven leadership in complex multi-product SaaS/public sector sales.
  • Experience selling to public sector/SLED, esp. State & Local LE.
  • Exceed multi-million bookings; manage long cycles & multi-year deals.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Executive presence; comfortable presenting to C-level and elected officials.
