  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving revenue.
  • Lead full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop multi-quarter media partnerships with custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions.
  • Serve as the primary senior contact for key advertiser relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership to drive campaigns.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper’s ad products.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with large or complex accounts.
  • Experience closing six- and seven-figure advertising deals.
  • Ability to sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Data driven with a strong financial acumen.
