  • Own and grow enterprise/mid-market advertiser portfolios and revenue.
  • Lead full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing.
  • Develop multi-quarter partnerships with sponsorships and data-led solutions.
  • Be the primary senior contact for key advertiser relationships.
  • Collaborate with PM, Analytics, Accounts, and Leadership for results.
  • Identify upsell opportunities across Hopper’s ad products.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with large or complex accounts.
  • Experience closing six- and seven-figure advertising deals.
  • Sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven with a strong financial acumen.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership.
