- 6β10+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with large or complex accounts.
- Experience closing six- and seven-figure advertising deals.
- Sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders and decision-makers.
- Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven with a strong financial acumen.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership.
