- Drive partner-influenced ARR, company ARR, and pipeline; focus on NRR and retention
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic, outcomes-focused thinker; able to prioritize and execute
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product
