  • Own global field marketing and events strategy across NA, EMEA, APAC.
  • Build and manage annual events calendar aligned with growth priorities.
  • Decide sponsorships, hosting, speaking, and activations at conferences and events.
  • Align event strategy with sales targets and target accounts.
  • Track pipeline and revenue influence via CRM to drive measurable pipeline.
  • Build scalable event production systems: vendor mgmt, budgets, registration, on-site, follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years leading global field marketing or events for B2B.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and global conference strategies.
  • Background in mobile advertising, ad tech, or SaaS preferred.
