📋 Description

  • Lead enterprise sales and revenue for Eko Telehealth across hospitals and health systems.
  • Co-own strategic enterprise deals as a player-coach with Account Executives.
  • Own account management, renewals, and expansions across the health-system base.
  • Manage partnerships with SDK/API licensing partners embedding Telehealth capabilities.
  • Drive revenue growth and renewals; coordinate with Product, Eng and Legal for integrations.
  • Partner with SENSORA to support upsell opportunities and coordinated account strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years in enterprise sales, account management, or healthcare SaaS leadership.
  • Proven success managing and growing enterprise healthcare accounts, including renewals and expansions.
  • Prior people management experience leading Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  • Strong understanding of hospital buying processes, including procurement, contracting, and security/privacy review.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard sales/forecasting tools.
