π― Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (SaaS)
- 4+ years managing an Enterprise sales team within major or large accounts
- Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor
- Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground up
- High level of business acumen and understanding of revenue leadership
- Experience selling into Executive leadership (C and VP level)
