🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years people management of enterprise/strategic teams
- 7+ years full-cycle SaaS sales; nonprofit deals preferred
- Proven coaching of enterprise AEs and high-performing teams
- Skilled in complex procurement with 5+ stakeholders
- Experienced with long sales cycles (6-12+ months) and high-value pipelines
- Strategic decision maker with cross-market planning
- Data-driven with pipeline, forecasting, and performance insights
