📋 Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to hit revenue targets
  • Own strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (5+ stakeholders)

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years people management of enterprise/strategic teams
  • 7+ years full-cycle SaaS sales; nonprofit deals preferred
  • Proven coaching of enterprise AEs and high-performing teams
  • Skilled in complex procurement with 5+ stakeholders
  • Experienced with long sales cycles (6-12+ months) and high-value pipelines
  • Strategic decision maker with cross-market planning
  • Data-driven with pipeline, forecasting, and performance insights
