• Own the Platform Engineering roadmap and operating model.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering; 5+ years leadership; 2+ years managing managers.
• Deep in at least two areas: distributed systems, backend/mobile, or reliability.
• Proven platform/infrastructure leadership in growth-stage B2B SaaS.
• AI-forward leadership directing LLMs and workflows; AI-native standard.
• Systems thinker; design teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Strong communicator to product, finance, and executives on tradeoffs.
