📋 Description

• Own analytics, forecasting, and BI for User Growth; lead a 6-10 person team.
• Set analytical vision aligned with company priorities; coach and grow talent.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments; establish A/B standards.
• Develop user growth forecasting systems; deliver credible forecasts.
• Drive Growth BI strategy: metrics layer, dashboards, infra.
• Translate findings for senior leadership; influence product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science/economics; 4+ years leading teams.
• Graduate degree in Economics/Statistics/CS/Data Science; PhD a plus.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, experiments, ML.
• Proven ability to build and grow high-performing data science teams.
• Strong SQL, Python or R; understands data engineering.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
