📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end expansion campaigns for Cloud add-ons to CIC Cloud customers.
  • Translate growth priorities into repeatable campaign plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, CS, Marketing.
  • Define objectives, metrics, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Identify blockers and own accountability for campaign execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, revenue programs, or GTM roles.
  • 3+ years leading managers or team leads.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing platforms (6Sense, SalesLoft), lifecycle tools, and AI-enabled systems.
  • Proven project management ability and influence without authority.
  • Experience with usage-based expansion models, product-led signals, or lifecycle marketing.
