Own Salesforce as system-of-record and hub for GTM tools (CPQ, marketing, finance, support).
Hands-on Salesforce leadership: config, data model, automation, and platform health.
Lead and govern Salesforce and CPQ integrations for scalability and reliability.
Lead business processes and transformation initiatives.
Own end-to-end Lead-to-Cash: Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Billing, Revenue.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in business systems, enterprise apps, or process transformation.
Hands-on Salesforce admin/architect experience; certifications strongly preferred.
Proven experience owning Salesforce hub-and-spoke architecture for multiple GTM systems.
Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and complex integrations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and player/coach leadership.
