๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Be the founding member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales function.
  • Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 enterprises.
  • Partner with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering on the shift from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design.
  • Build the C-level engagement playbook - and the team underneath it as the function scales.
  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes, with full visibility to founders and CRO.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting (Porsche Consulting, Siemens Management Consulting, Alten, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, or similar).
  • Demonstrated industrial-sector experience (auto, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, energy).
  • Track record originating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence; consultative selling instincts (not a pure quota-carrying enterprise seller).
  • English required, German strong plus; willing to travel across Europe and to the US for key accounts.
