  • 5+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams in B2B tech (ANZ public sector).
  • Strong track record in complex sales with multiple stakeholders and procurement.
  • Experience selling to C-level IT executives.
  • Experienced in setting quotas and coaching teams against those quotas.
  • Coaching mindset with closing experience to share with a growing team.
  • Willing to travel regularly to client sites within the region.
