🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
  • Leadership experience in the OPM or higher education.
  • Technical proficiency with LMS, eLearning tools, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record managing multiple, complex projects from conception through implementation.
