Director, Enrollment

📋 Description

• Manage and coach enrollment advisors to hit KPIs and recruitment goals.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and university partners.
• Assist in knowledge base maintenance for each University program as enrollment expert.
• Support leadership with forecasting, market research, and planning.
• Develop and coach EAs through call evaluations and pipeline reviews.
• Use reporting tools (CRM, Slate, Tableau) to identify performance gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
• Leadership experience in the OPM or higher education.
• Technical proficiency with LMS, eLearning tools, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record managing multiple, complex projects from conception through implementation.
