  • Build and grow a pipeline of customers across the German government and commercial sectors.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with DLR, BAAINBw, Bundeswehr, and primes.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to accelerate Loft's space infrastructure-as-a-service.
  • Shape Go-to-Market Strategy with the EMEA team to localize Loft's Germany positioning.
  • Influence Loft's product roadmap by feeding customer requirements to the product teams.
  • Attend and speak at German and European space industry events and support Loft's brand in-country.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales, BD, or partnerships in space/aerospace/defense.
  • Proven success capturing new business in German space/defense procurement.
  • Experience selling complex technical space/aerospace/defense solutions.
  • Understanding of ESA and EC operating practices.
  • Experience leading or contributing to RFP responses.
  • Fluent in German and English; strong communication skills.
