📋 Description

  • Build and execute territory plans targeting IDNs, AMCs, and large hospital systems.
  • Position Biofourmis hospital-at-home, RPM, post-acute programs as efficiency, quality, and revenue drivers.
  • Source new opportunities via outreach, referrals, conferences, and market mapping.
  • Partner with SDRs and marketing to develop pipelines of qualified leads.
  • Lead discovery sessions with CMOs, CMIOs, CFOs, COOs, and VP-level leaders.
  • Uncover needs in capacity management, readmission reduction, or VBC; tailor solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales selling to hospital systems.
  • Experience with digital health, virtual care, RPM, or similar enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record securing multi-million contracts in hospital systems with long sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of hospital decision-making, budgeting, and priorities.
  • Skilled in executive-level conversations with clinicians and admins.
