  • Collaborate with advertisers to set up and launch advertising campaigns on the Lyft platform
  • Implement ad tags, tracking pixels, and tracking methods for accurate measurement
  • Set up, execute and optimize programmatic managed service campaigns
  • Partner with Account Management to implement changes to boost CTR, conversions, and ROI
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS and 3+ years in digital advertising operations or campaign management; programmatic exp preferred
  • Proficiency in ad management platforms and programmatic tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to work under pressure; strategic thinker
  • Hands-on experience with ad serving solutions and programmatic platforms (DSP/SSP); Google Sheets proficiency
